Dr. C. Lee
Hickling
Dr. Hickling and his family moved to
Kincardine in 1978, just after graduating from The University of
Western Ontario. He has been practicing in the same location ever
since. The practice has grown steadily and has seen 2 major
expansions, the last one, featuring a second-story addition, in
2007. The office has evolved from a one-chair operation with 2
employees to 9 dental operatories and a staff of
21.
Lee has been active in organized
dentistry, serving as president of the local dental society, and
for many years as a councilor for the Ontario Dental Association.
For the past 12 years he has been participating in
volunteer
dentistry in many remote areas of the world, including
Peru, Mexico, Honduras, Nicaragua, Nunavut, and
Ecuador.
Dr. Hickling has constantly pursued
continuing education and new technology. He is a certified
Invisalign ™ ( invisible orthodontics) provider, and has
added a soft-tissue laser and a Cerec CAD/CAM machine (
single-visit crowns) to the office.
Now that his three children have grown
and left the nest, Lee is enjoying his many interests, including
photography, cycling, hiking the Bruce Trail, and
music. |
