Our office policy is to see people in pain
the same day that they call. |

What is your cancellation policy
? |

We require 48 hours notice if you are unable
to honour your appointment. In some cases there may be a small
charge. |

Are there payment plans available

We accept most credit cards, and for
complicated treatment plans, Mary-Jo, our treatment co-ordinator
will be happy to sit down with you and formulate a payment
schedule. |

What can I expect on my first visit
? |
| |
Expect the initial examination process to
take about an hour. We will interview you to obtain a full medical
and dental history. Appropriate digital radiographs will be taken.
An important oral cancer screening is then done, followed by a
comprehensive examination of the periodontal ( gum) tissues and
TMJ”S ( jaw joints ) . Finally, we check your teeth !
Mary-Jo will then revue our findings and arrange your
appointments. |

How often are recall appointments
? |

Your continuing care appointments will be
tailored to your needs, usually by your hygienist after your
initial cleaning. Some patients are seen yearly, while others need
to be seen every 3-4 months to maintain excellent oral health. We
have a highly trained and compassionate team of hygienists at
Lakeview Dental Services. |
